Great Dealer I want to thank Howard and Nichole for the treatment I received. This is my 3 rd Sportage but so much new tech that Howard took the time to help explain. Highly recommend to female buyers. Some other dealerships still are male focused. Shaker’s never asked if my husband was coming in.
Five Star Service! Howard was very patient and accommodating with our requests (price range/model/color, etc). He provided a high level of care and professionalism while dealing with us, making the process stress-free, quick and super easy. The environment was welcoming as staff were very kind. While waiting, our kids were offered popcorn and hot chocolate which was a plus! We love the features of our new car. It’s perfect for our family! I would recommend using Howard for any of your vehicle needs.
