Fast friendly service I just purchased a Sorento from Nick and was in and out in time for a surprise party in the afternoon. I was able to look at and drive the cars I was interested in no problem. I ended up not liking the vehicle I originally came to see, but Nick was able to get me exactly what I was looking for. He listened to what was important to me and offered me options. Great experience Kristen, Nicole, Mark and everyone at KIA was incredibly helpful. I didn’t really know what I wanted going in, in fact it started as an oil change. But I left later in a new Sportage after they patiently showed me many cars and helped work out a doable payment plan. Very patient, accommodating people who care about customers! We kept them there past closing time and they were still energetic and upbeat the entire time.
Great Service - Great People ! We found everyone we dealt with to be professional and friendly. We 1st made contact with Kristin while waiting to have our 1st Kia serviced. Based on her professionalism, honesty and suggestions regarding the Kia we already owned that saved us a ton of money, we returned and searched her out to help purchase a second Kia.
Kia Optima 2018 purchase Kris was rear at getting us the car we wanted ! Would recommend her and use again in the future . We had dealt with other sales people in past who called our cell phones repeatedly while we at work. She was very helpful and professional and never harassed us

2019 sportage Just leased a 2019 sportage, thanks to kristin Petti in sales and Bill in finance! It was a smooth transaction and i feel they did a really great job getting me a deal that worked out for me! Kristin is awesome, extremely friendly and knows her stuff! 20 something years later and im still coming to shakers and i will be back!
