Great Experience After driving to several other dealerships locally and out of state; my husband and I had come to the conclusion that we would not be able to find a dealership and car that would be a great fit for us. First time Kia experience Had a wonderful experience at Shaker‘s Kia dealership. All the sales reps were extremely helpful and knowledgeable especially Michael Kahn. Michael was superb and his depth of knowledge with my particular vehicle was outstanding. I’ve got a great deal and a great car. Can’t wait to take my first trip. This car meets all my expectations and beyond. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Absolutely fantastic! I called on Friday night and picked up my new car at noon on Saturday. Did everything online, just went to the dealer to sign. The whole process was just fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond and were very friendly. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Doing it online saves hours of time sitting in a dealer. I will return here for service even though it isn’t my closest Kia Dealer.

Above and beyond I worked with both Michael and Alex and I thought they were great. I felt no pressure. I was originally interested in the Buick. However, when I was told I qualified for a newer car with lower miles. I decided to go for that one. Customer service and prompt attention was great.
