Buying a new Kia It started with my husband and I just looking. Our sales person was Maya and she was fantastic. She listened to our needs and our wants and found the perfect car for us. She explained how to use the equipment in our brand new Sorento and she even offered us some food!

Great customer service I was in desperate need of a car as fast as possible. Howard helped me get into one that fit my budget and was exactly what I was looking for. He was patient and extremely helpful helping me buy my first car. All of the staff at Shaker's Kia were super friendly.
We were just looking but walked out having bought a new car! My husband and I just went to look at a Kia knowing nothing about them. Amazing experience! My sister needed a car ASAP. Other dealerships gave me the run around about the safety concerns of some vehicles. I came to Kia and instantly was helped and we ended leaving with a car that day. The product consultant Howard was very helpful of answering all of our questions and making sure we had all the information we needed.
Absolutely the BEST! My 2019 Kia Sportage is the 7th vehicle we have purchased from the Shaker Family of dealerships! This specifically is the 4th Kia Sportage we have owned. Obviously, we are huge fans of the product, but more importantly we are ENORMOUS fans of Shakers Kia. Really good experience Very friendly, he was about business,and when it came that we wanted he delivered. Between the salesman,general manager and the finance manager I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of.
