Definitely worth the drive to buy a car!! We saw a certified 2016 Kia w/32k miles on the website and took the drive from the Hartford area to Shaker's Kia. Alex took the time to answer our questions and even sent us a video tutorial on the car before the appointment. He was professional and put a lot of effort to make the deal happen w/a low pressure approach. Alex worked around our schedule and followed up the next day to make sure that we were still happy. Ask for Alex if you go!!
Wonderful Experience I am just out of college and was looking to find a car that would fit my low budget. I had already looked at a Subaru and fell in love. Great dealership! Shaker's Kia is a great dealership. I worked with Michelle Croft and she was an excellent sales woman! I got a great price on a used 2008 Kia Sorento and I'm glad it was through a dealership and not a wholesale auto shop. Shaker's Kia provides great service with a fantastic staff.
Great Customer Service We transferred our Kia Forte 2013 lease over to a Forte 5 2016 lease. The process was handled professionally without any undue pressure. We were treated courteously and kindly and were explained everything each step of the way. We were quite satisfied.
Very Satisfied! Team goes above and beyond!!! I have come into the Service Department at Shaker's Kia a few times now, and I must say that I just couldn't be more satisfied! The Service Advisors and Technicians always go above and beyond in their work! I have come in for oil changes, as well as brake work.
