Excellent service I worked with Adam. I went in knowing I wanted a Sorento but asked to see the difference in the models. Adam explained everything in depth, answered my questions with expert knowledge, and was very helpful. At no point did I feel pressured or forced. The finance department was courteous, explained everything to me, and didn't argue when I didn't want some extras. I highly recommend Adam and Shaker Kia.
Fantastic Customer Service and Friendliness My wife and I had been looking for a new/used car for months. We had been to multiple dealers throughout Connecticut. Awesome Dealership!! In the past, I had always bought cheap cars with cash so when it came time to invest in something more reliable, I was beyond nervous. I had read so many positive reviews about Shaker's Kia and really wanted to stop by and check them out. Exceptional My husband and I needed a car right away. Because our current car is Kia that we loved, we knew we wanted another one. So we called Kia and basically did everything over the phone!
