Great experience, unlike other dealerships we visited! Knew what we were looking for and they were able to keep us in our price range for exactly what we wanted. No harassing sales people or promises that weren't kept. After visiting many dealerships, this was by far the easiest to deal with.
Great service This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. Everything was as advertised and the staff was very helpful. I was able to get in and out without any problems.
Very Accommodating service We went to the dealership with very restricting perimeters for a used car including low mileage, low price, but a newer model year. Alex was able to find us a couple great options. One of which was at their recently acquired dealership in Thomaston. Alex drove up to thomaston to get the car so we could see it at the dealership in Watertown. We ended up choosing that car. Alex made the transaction process very easy. We love the new car

Jaslene is a grate sale person,I have never been to a dealership and get treat it like Jaslene did to me , she help me find a car with low income and didn't give me no problem like other dealership ,she ask me what I wanted or what I'm looking for and she did her job good she found the car I was looking for , I recommend her to every one that have low income and need a car.
Accommodating Test drove and settled on a vehicle that I originally wanted to pick it up two weeks later but changed my mind and wind up picking it up within the next four days and Shakers was very understanding and accommodating. I'm very happy with my vehicle and the service thus far. Thanks Guys!
Quick & Painless Went in to take a look and ended up purchasing vehicle that same day. Staff was very courteous and friendly especially Sales Consultant James McCarley and Business Manager Cindy Bugbee who walked me through and made the whole process quick & painless.
