I sent an email October 25, 2019 with no response as of yet regarding an issue with my carpet. I hired them to clean my carpets and when they rushed through the job they set my furniture on these styrofoam pads which ended up sticking and delaminating from what it looks like staining my carpet. Again, I am still waiting for a response on refunding some of the charge but I think I will now contact my bank for the refund.

Had Sears come out to clean my carpets. Jose Murgas and Rogelio Martinez did a great job! Jose was very very knowledgeable and friendly. Due to dust allergies, have to clean carpet very often. My landlord highly recommended Sears for the cleaning since they always use Sears for their carpet cleaning needs. I have a bird and I have respiratory issues. As a result, I love that Sears uses nontoxic cleaning solution. Not worried about my bird’s or my lung.� Thank you, Sears!

I had my upstairs carpet and carpeted stairs cleaned by Andres of Sears. He was personable and professional and produced great results on on some pretty bad spots.
Joseph L. did a really terrific job. We were thrilled how clean he was able to get our off white Berber carpet, especially in the high traffic areas.
The Field Servic e Rep Christopher was extremely helpful and was more than willing to answer all our questions. He and his Technician Andre did a through and complete job quickly. Would use them again.
