Today I had carpets cleaned by Bernardo R and Alan G and they phoned ahead and arrived on time! I enjoyed that fact that the team had been here before and already had established a professional impression with me. Did and outstanding job! I wish other companies has professionals like these two! I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet or tile and grout cleaning. Team of the month if not year! Thanks!
The two technicians that came were given a task, and when a situation arose that they could not proceed, they took the time to find the issue and offered to fix it. Even though it was a messy job, they cleaned up the area before leaving and left it 100% better than when they arrived.
My technician, Bernardo and his helper were very courteous and on time. They did an amazing job on my furniture and carpets. The furniture dried within five hours like he said it would and the carpets a little longer, but that is normal. I highly recommend them.
I have used them on many occasions one occasion it was a white carpet that looks so ruined I was amazed that they made it look brand new I recommend them highly
Very professional from scheduling to follow-up. They arrived on time, did a great consultation and job. They left with a satisfied customer! I would use them again.
Giovanni and Alan did a thorough job cleaning my light colored carpet that included a tough traffic pattern. Also had polka-dot coffee dribbles. Carpet is older but came out looking nearly new.
