Joseph and Allan did an incredible job. The air ducts at my parents house had never been cleaned and after Joseph and Allan worked their magic we have noticed a difference. I greatly appreciate them coming back to answer my questions and address concerns that my mom had. They went above and beyond.
Service man was here for a small job but executed service with the same aplomb as a whole house job. I was late due to traffic but service tech waited and completed job well!
I was very pleased with the cleaning and the price. My dog had been sick on the carpet and the service men were able to remove every trace of the damage.
Excellent service, quality work, reasonable price
Our carpets look good, but after 2 days since cleaning, they're still wet. My husband is going to bring home an industrial fan today to finally dry them. Friendly advice: Don't get your carpets cleaned when it's supposed to rain the next day. Overall, I rate Sears 3 stars out of 5 due to the discrepancy in the actual cost compared to their original quote. The original quote was $322, but when the technicians arrived, they said it would cost almost $900! I was about to ask them to leave when they got a manager involved who lo... read more
