DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They showed up for the job, tried to up-sell us on other services and when we declined, the drove off without doing any of the work. It is clear that they only have a low advertised price so that they can make up for it with additional services.
***BE CAREFUL!!! Forget the up charge, when I wouldn’t budge, he tried strong arming me for a cash tip before he would begin. WTF HE WOULD ASK HOW MUCH ARE CLEAN CARPETS WORTH TO ME!! What is he Mafia now!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND SKETCHY!!
Jose Navarro was excellent. He was on time even early, very professional, explained everything. He did a great job and recommended exactly what I need especially with a pet. My carpet looks brand new and my house smells great. He was quick and gave great customer service. Will use him again!!! Thanks Sears
