No pressure beyond basic service but who can you trust when it comes to carpet cleaning? Told me I had urine in my pad and if I didn’t have the delux treatment there was no warranty. I chose basic service. Previous estimate said no evidence of pet stains. Very pleasant to talk to and carpet looks clean, although very wet. Will see how it is the next few days
Had my air ducts cleaned and fogged to clear out pollutants, dust, mold, & viruses! The two men were professional and very thorough! Sears is the place I would go to for cleaning my air ducts, tiles, and carpets. It’s recommended to clean out every 5 years and also if you have kids who are allergic to dust to do it so it doesn’t build up.
When they were done cleaning my carpet and tile floors in my home it remind me of when it was brand new instead of ten years old. I recommend them hands down.
They did an amazing job. showed up on time. carpet looked like new after! I had my couch cleaned as well. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.
