Andres came to my house today to clean our carpets. Not only was this young man nice and polite, he did such a thorough job! Seriously, I don’t think anyone has done such an amazing job. He wasn’t rushed, he made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before he left and listened to all my problem areas. Thank you Sears and Andres!

Really a bad experience , they sold me a service, and when the workers arrived, they didn’t have the tolls to do what I ask... the guy Bernardo was really sort about that, he should be in sales department... this was the worst service that I have in 8 years here. They would like comeback to do again, but was to much work for me, I have my husband with Parkinson’s , and we can have all this again. I shouldn’t pay, but I was tired ... Next time, I will contract o specialist, and I will pay more, but I will have better service.... read more
