Jose Navarro did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! He was on time, fast and professional. My carpets look and smell brand new!
SCAMMERS! bait and switch. Waited 4 hours and they did not bring the right equipment, then blamed me for not telling them what to bring. they had to come back the next day. Did not honor the 10 duct special and forced me to pay for every vent in the house. Blamed me for not telling the phone rep how many vents I had. Did not do the work, wrote 'No warranty" on the receipt as they knew I was going out of town. They were in my house less than an hour. Rep lied to dispatcher saying I only wanted a receipt. **Awful customer service**. Spoke with a representative last night and scheduled an appointment for 8-12 today. When no one showed up within the time frame, I called and found out that dispatch changed the appointment to 12-6 without calling to inform me. The representative on the phone (same one from last night) refused to take accountability for the change and blamed dispatch, refused to help remediate, and was very confrontational with me and told me that was my new appointment time. Today, January 25, 2018, Marco Reyes came out to our home to clean our carpets! He was on time, even early, very professional, explained everything. He did a great job and recommended exactly what I needed, especially with our dog. My carpet looks brand new and my house smells great. He was quick and gave great customer service. We have a decent amount of carpeting, so not a small task. Marco did a great job! Thanks to Sears services for a job well done. Will be calling you again next year for our annual cleaning. Thanks! Awful experience. Service window for air duct cleaning was from 1:00pm - 6:00pm. Supervisor, Jermaine Rattigan, came in advance to give us an estimate. Tried to sell us more services than we wanted. We paid for service and he said that the technicians were finishing up another job and would be on their way. Called at 6pm since no one had called to tell us they were on their way.
