Awful.They showed up tried to up-sell other services as soon as I declined, they disappeared without cleaning my duct. Please do not use them.
I would not recommend this company or their services to my worst enemies. The carpet cleaning services were horrible, the customer service and quality control was even worse. We were disrespected, lied to, hung up on, stood up for a service call and just treated like dirt. When asking to speak with a supervisor, we were either given the run around, hung up on or the supervisors refused (yes... refused) to talk to me. In July of 2017 we had our carpets cleaned by Sears they came out and clean the carpets when I wasn't home when I got home I noticed the carpets were very wet and saturated. After my wife repeatedly asked them to vacuum it more to get the water up. I immediately called the office. They told me they would send out a different crew to clean the carpets again.
