Great job by the team! All carpets and tile throughout my home were meticulously cleaned and all furniture was gently moved. Also, there were extreme dirt spots that the team removed and the areas look brand new. Excellent Job Sears! Much better than Stanley Cleaners!! Glad I found you!!
I used Sears carpet cleaning before. Always the same and always good. And in a timely manner to clean and in and out. Pleasant workers as well.

Service man was here for a small job but executed service with the same aplomb as a whole house job. I was late due to traffic but service tech waited and completed job well!
Our carpets look good, but after 2 days since cleaning, they're still wet. My husband is going to bring home an industrial fan today to finally dry them. Friendly advice: Don't get your carpets cleaned when it's supposed to rain the next day. Overall, I rate Sears 3 stars out of 5 due to the discrepancy in the actual cost compared to their original quote.
