They did an amazing job. showed up on time. carpet looked like new after! I had my couch cleaned as well. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

Technician Raul arrived on time and with the pre-arrival phone call as promised. He was polite, courteous and did a superb job. I would highly recommend Sears Carpet Cleaning and Raul to friends. I thought it was great to receive the text message announcing your companies soon arrival to my home which included a photo of the technician...I appreciate the extra sense of security.
The two technicians that came were given a task, and when a situation arose that they could not proceed, they took the time to find the issue and offered to fix it. Even though it was a messy job, they cleaned up the area before leaving and left it 100% better than when they arrived.
The Sears rep did a fantastic job on our carpet. He was polite, punctual, and thorough. The price was very reasonable, too. We will be using Sears again for our carpet cleaning, and tile cleaning.
