ZERO STAR! This company is absolutely terrible. Their customer service tells you what you want to hear and then charges your account and then cancels orders with no notification.The customer service is terrible and at the same time I feel sorry for them. DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEIR STOCK IS ALWAYS INCORRECT, EVEN WHEN YOU CALL TO VERIFY.

I am not in ******* but for some reason Yelp thinks I am. I have been doing business with this store for 25 years. I have had a box that long. Up until this year I would have given them a 4 or 5 star review. Today is a different story. I went in to have something faxed. I had 6 pages including their required front page. I went to walk up to the counter and the young lady held up her finger and told me to give her a minute. Then 10 secs later she told me I could come up. Customer service for service repairs promised $50 sears credit and never emailed it to me, after the service technician never called to inform me of a cancellation, causing me to stay home from work. There is never a manager, nor supervisor available. I paid for service on 8/26/2021 in full and they installed a part on 9/8/2021 and my appliance still doesn't work. They want me to wait until 9/24/2021 just for the service tech, to order the faulty same part they installed on 9/8/2021. I have asked for a manager to contact me ... read more

Very disappointed with the quality of window and the installation. We thought we would be safe with a reputable company such as Sears but the contracted company "Transform ******** was very difficult to work with and it took forever to get a call back or email. I would not recommend them.

On 09/28/2021, I called in to make a simple change in address for my warranty. Instead, I was hung up on multiple times by customer service representatives. I recently moved to a new address and my most recent payment for the warranty was on 09/04/2021. When I asked to have the property addressed changed, they informed me that they are required to cancel my warranty service, and open a new warranty at the new address. A&E Factory Service Customer Service Representative disrespectful!!! We bought an ** French door model refrigerator in June 2018. On 18 August 2021, the refrigerator stopped working. We contacted ** who put us in contact with A&E. For the first appointment on Saturday, 21 August 2021, they were 'no call, no show'. I ordered a right side replacement door for my ** fridge from the website. At checkout, Sears advised the estimated delivery date was just 4 days later. It took a month for the door to come, and they sent the left door, not the right one. I found the chatbot on their website the only way to communicate with a human, after their site was unable to find my order for automated return, and was promptly given an RMA# and told I'd receive an email with a prepaid *** label for return within 24 hours.
