My home warranty company contracted a washing machine repair job with them. They responded promptly....than it all went down hill. They said they had to order parts and scheduled a repeat visit for three weeks later. Even though the parts arrived to my home the following week. New fridge went out 4/22/21, tech came out and had to order new mother board. I received the part and a second tech came out on 5/4/21 only to find out the ********** ordered the wrong part. New tech ordered the correct mother board but also ordered a new compressor and two other parts as he doesnt feel that the problem is the mother board but instead the compressor. Sears ************* AWFUL!!! This company is a scam. If I could give 0 stars I would. They make it seem like they have the items in stock. They DO NOT! They have to order them and they are back ordered forever. This is not a good practice for a business to have. I was told my items would arrive 3 1/2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. They will not reply for my request for a refund.
Sears carpet cleaning is going down to tube! I made 3 appts for someone to come to house to clean my carpet. 1x someone called to state they are on their way, but ***** showed up. Then when I called cust svc to find out the status of the tech they said he called my job and was unable to reach me. WHAT? How can that be when they called to say they were 20min out. In August 2019, I purchased a Kenmore Refrigerator from Sears. In May 2020 (9 months after owning the fridge), the freezer became completely frozen over, to the point the food is unrecognizable and damaging to the items. The ice in the bin would completely melt, then completely stop making ice, while the water dispenser stopped dispensing water. Sears was called promptly, and five (5) repair attempts were made. WE PURCHASED A WARRANTY FROM SEARS. MY WASHER WENT OUT IN FEB. I HAVE HAD 4 SERVICE CALLS AND WASHER STILL DOES NOT WORK.WHEN I CALL SEARS THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND DO NOT RETURN TO CALL. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE. I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR MANY TIMES. NO RESPONSE.
