Horrible service. I ordered some parts but they didn't ship it. I gave them a call on the the that item supposed to be delivered then they realized it has not been shipped so i created new order which will take another 8 days to receive. I cannot **** anything.
Been 2 months since I've ordered a part and still nothing. Talked to customer service twice. 4 weeks ago I was told it would be elevated since it just shows pending and is way past the estimated delivery date. Called again 3 weeks ago and it was "elevated with priority"... still nothing. I assume when I call again, it'll be "elevated with priority plus" or something to the effect in an effort to s*** me up.Credit card was charged when I placed the order.
This is the worst experience of customer service that I have ever experienced and I work in the customer service industry. Like others, I would give it zero stars if possible. We had to use their services due to the service repair agreement we bought through ********** for our dishwasher. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY FROM SEARS PARTS DIRECT!!!!!Ordered a part online Jun 31st, and their website stated it was in stock, and my credit card was charged before they even ship the part which I find very dishonest business practice. Then on Jul 1st, my order status says backordered, and I called immediately to cancel the order. Horrible service, I wish I could give them **** stars.Ordered a refrigerator part that arrived damaged. Called them immediately for return instructions because their web site is not working, you cannot do a return even when on the phone they tell you you can. 3 times I have been told I will be send a return label by email. I received nothing. Unfortunately they are the only place you can get *** filters fro ******* brand. I tried other sites but you get fakes.

absolutely horrible. untrained, unresponsive, system always down, minimum 2 weeks for service, install wrong parts, take out parts that leave refrigerator freezing everything. they could care less. this is who Sears sends to "service" their products should give no stars, but not sure if that would register
Ordered a hood range filter. They claimed delivered but package never arrived. I doubt they even shipped it, because of what happened next: I called and they made a "replacement order". The "replacement order" immediately went on backorder to the end of the next month. After checking on it after the supposed backorder date, the order no longer registered on their system, and I was outside of my chargeback window. Disgusting business practices
Absolutely terrible. I paid for home services warranty. Our washer/dryer combo has been out of order since May 12, 2021. Today is June 23, 2021!!!I have spent over 5 total combined hours on phone with this garbage service. And I paid $500 for it. Last 2 calls the computer systems were down, so they cant look up case #.Representatives refuse to transfer me to management, and try and transfer me to floor supervisor....which sounds like their co-worker!!!The departments dont know what they are doing, one says approved for new r... read more
