I received a phone call from Sears Home warranty telling me My warranty was cancelled then several months later I received a **** for a remaining balance which there was no mention of on the first call.

Unreliable. Terrible service. ************** Tech ******* did "repairs" on 10/27/21. If the course of these repairs ***** installed a shelf incorrectly causing it to capsize. ***** came back and corrected this advising he used a s**** that was to short. About 3 hours later I came back to the kitchen to find the refrigerator flooding my entire kitchen. The bottom drawer of the frig was filled with water and overflowing into the freezer drawer and onto the floor. Water covered the entire kitchen. I called ************** back a... read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SEARS OR THEIR WARRANTY! It's a scam! I purchased my washer May 2020 along with their warranty. My washer has been out for 2 months. I have called and scheduled repair appointments just for them to get cancelled without out any explanation the day of. In my most recent attempts to have the service request rescheduled they have only advised me there is not any technicians available nor will there be in my area. Zero, zero zero stars!! I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator along with the appliance Protection Plan on August 25, 2020. For the past five months (From July 29th 2021) we had issues with the refrigerator Sears has sent out at least 3 technicians to resolve the issue. But my refrigerator issues has not been resolved . Sears Home Repair is definitely a joke. I contacted them on 9/11/21 the my washer's power was completely dead. A technician came to see my washer on 9/16/21 and informed us the it needed a part the could take two weeks. However, the part came on 9/18/21 so I contacted the technician whom responded the he could come on Monday, 9/20/21 from 1 pm to 5 pm. I bought a new Kenmore 200 series washing machine on 09/27/2019. The machine started leaking a few months after I bought it. It began leaking after the rinse cycle and spin cycle. Sears has sent 8 different technicians on 8 separate occasions to make repairs from January 2020 through September 2021. The washing machine was never repaired and continued to leak water. They accepted a warranty repair with a new ** refrigerator and over the course of 5 months Ive had 7 appointments schedule, but a technician only services the refrigerator twice, one for initial diagnosis and the second for the first repair. I bought 4 long sleeve shirts that I returned and got no refund yet on this. Also this is the same company when I dealt with Sears that never refunded me for a phone set that we returned a while back.
