I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from them. They claim to have parts in stock but they don't. Customer service has no clue and just keeps saying "**** is being shipped". Now I have to deal with a refund request.
If I could give this negative 500 stars I would. They left us with a broken fridge for 2 weeks and when they were coming to fix it they brought us a broken part, said they would come back later that day and never showed up only for us to have to call them and them tell us were beat for another 2 weeks. Absolute terrible customer service and the absolute worst business I have ever worked with anywhere. Run far away when you see this place as a suggestion they are just a scam.
Not an ideal company to do business with. Customer Service is poor and they will take your money without providing proper service. It is a scam.

this place is nothing but a scam. i bought a ps5 from them and spent over 1000 dollars they come back months later saying oh we need to charge you an extra 88 dollars cause we messed up. im like nope thats fraud so now im taking it to my bank to get my money back. so stay away from this place they need forced out of business im unsure how their even still **************. this place will steal from customers and deserves to be ran out of business.
What I think? We have been trying to do an exchange,not a refund, for a lawnmower part. The web site is totally unfriendly and the phone contact number is bogus. I can't get anywhere on any site to do an exchange. lf I could give a subzero rating I would so all they get out of me, a long time customer over many years, is a half of one star. And that's alot for this rating. No help here and they get to keep my money and I get nothing I can use. People stay away from here."

After ordering one item that was repeatedly placed on backorder, I cancelled the order and was promised a refund. Instead, they shipped a replacement item that I never ordered. I called again and was sent a return shipping label and promised my refund would be processed as soon the item was returned. Sears service: can I do a minus zero star? I had from May 5th, 2021, 5 e-mails confirming and warning me they would be here today, May 11th, first available appointment for my refrigerator, purchased the ***** model, that has a filter that is oozing white chemicals into my drinking water and ice.
