Sears in Liberty is a joke. They delivered a faulty washing machine. I called the very next day to report it. It’s been 9 months and over 50 calls with still no resolution. The owner Randy has cussed my husband and I. Lied to us. Done nothing to help us. Even told us he would not help us!

Honestly, up until recently, we've had good luck with Sears appliances and their repair. I don't know what changed, but my goodness have they gone down hill. I will NEVER buy another appliance from Sears. Hours spent on hold, a complete disregard for customer's time wasted. I complete lack of empathy when it comes to what the customer has to endure just to get someone on the phone. The warranties are hundreds of dollars, how in the world can you expect someone to keep paying for them when the service you provide is so god aw... read more

The Sears appliance service used to be very good for many years, but now there is no reason to pay for this service. They know how to charge, collect, hold a service fee, and send out a repairman once or twice, for the same issue. Charge you each time for the same issue, and do not follow through if they cannot fix it. One of the “service professionals” tricked me into believing it was the water heater next to the washer that was broken!!! What is worse is the new repairman found was not!!! I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my entire life. Sears as a company has no conflict resolution procedures. I schedule a air duct service for 3/6/2021 I was told I was the very first appointment at 8am. Now mind you they showed up a 9:00am and set in my driveway for 10 mins. Once they entered my home they counted my vents which were standard and the other guy went to my attic to whatever he had to do. I have been dealing with Sears since approximately 10/2020. My refrigerator is under a Sears Master Protection agreement since 2005, which states if three techs come out for the same problem and can't fix the appliance, Sears will replace it. Not only did three techs come out, but Sears insisted that a fourth tech come to verify the refrigerator was not fixable. He certified it was not economical to repair on Thursday 02/25/2021. If I could give zero starts I would. Been waiting on a fridge since 8/2020 that is under replacement warranty. Still nothing. No ETA, no one will help us to resolve. I don't even know what to do to get what I paid for in warranty service. What a fraud.

I have had the absolute WORST customer service experience with getting my refrigerator fixed. Between dealing with the customer service people over the phone, techs not showing up, wrong parts being ordered, and not fully diagnosing the problem... we have been without a fridge for 2 1/2 month. Out of time and money (esp with taking off work and NO ONE shows up!!) It blows my mind that I have to wait so long to get my fridge fixed when it is Sears fault for the majority of the delays. I've read the other reviews. Sounds just like what I'm going through. I've been a sears customer all my life. Even my relatives have worked at sears. I've had a sears Master agreement for almost 18 years now. And I have my refrigerator washer and dryer range microwave and television all covered under the Sears Masters agreement. I just placed an order for replacements parts from Sears Parts Direct 2/19/21, and I must say they were extremely helpful through the entire process with updated tracking information for my shipments as one part was on back order. Both parts arrived before their specified delivery dates, will definitely be ordering from them again for all my mower part needs.
