Got a repair scheduled for a fridge that no longer cools. I finally got an appointment with 2 weeks time ahead, leaving enough time to discard all the food that goes bad in the meanwhile. Thanks. The final day arrived where the technician should show up, but instead I'm getting a message that the appointment got canceled, 15 minutes past the appointment start. Brand NEW Kenmore Refrigerator junk. waste of money. Water drip somewhere inside freezer making ice chunks. Dripping water from dispenser on outside. Repair is pending. Received 2 out 3 parts. But now their computer system has been down who knows how long. Can not get anyone to repair. At same time have new refrigerator on order from warranty. But last 2 months keeps getting pushed out due to delivery issues. This is been a headache and nightmare. KENMORE/SEARS REFRIGETOR JUNK.
I placed an order on 5/3/2021 and haven't received it yet and they cannot provide a delivery date. Note that if you go to order this item online it states a 48 hours shipping time. Hah! I called on 6/8 to cancel and they advised 3-5 days to cancel & credit my account. Called twice since then and still get the same answer. Terrible breach of contract! I purchased a Kenmore elite refrigerator and a full extended warranty, $600 fee. Not keeping the food cool. I am in the warranty period and I called Sears Home Services for service on Wednesday, 5/26/21 and was told a technician would be out on 5/27/21 between 1-5 PM.
