Can't get a refund for an order I am trying to cancel that they can't fill. I have contacted company 3 times to cancel order and get a refund and they keep telling me it will happen in 4 days. Sears customer solutions is the worst. They offered us a replacement amount for our refrigerator that has tried to be fixed by 3 technician with no success. They replaced the mechanism part still didn’t work. This took 3 mths to do. The issue with the refrigerator is that the ice stops making and the bottoms freezer frost up so bad that you can hardly see the food items. Sears stores and appliance is STILL open for business, Sears is not going anywhere folks. They are extremely professional and make great recommendations on your appliances to keep, save or fix. I have "ALWAYS TRUSTED SEARS ON THEIR PRODUCTS" and "SERVICES" when I buy Sears products. I always get their warranties whether it's home, car or appliances because I like the protection you get out of it and that's value for me. I got mistreat by Sears; Sears denied my dishwasher repair claim due to no mistake of my own. My dishwasher never got repaired or replaced. Sears tech came to place last year tried to fix it, and in the end, pull the dishwasher out of its location and told me that it is not repairable. After that, Sears send two more techs, they all refuse to work on the dishwasher. I've had nothing but good experiences with all of Sears department stores. I've been buying from Sears for the last 40 years and I've always been able to find things I need if I ever had issues with products or anything I always found Sears staff are always friendly easy to ask questions or even to return an item or exchange an item for something else. Sears mattress exchange process is HORRIBLE!! I have been trying to exchange, because I cannot return due to policy, but they do have a nice exchange warranty that I thought would help me because my mattress has fallen apart. Every time I have called they have responded by saying "wait 24-48hours and you will receive and email regarding your exchange". My problem is primarily with the way the washer repair was handled. To be clear the service personnel were fine, and informative. Sears used to be a name that you could count on, and this is a joke. Sears was always a reliable place to shop for appliance parts for my parents, so I didn’t hesitate purchasing a part from their online store. However, my recent experience was a disappointment and will not be placing any more orders from them. Sears has essentially become the middle man of the parts parts/distribution. ABSOLUTE WORST REPAIR COMPANY. My dishwasher has been non working since NOVEMBER 2020 and I cannot get a service rep to HONESTLY call or schedule an appointment. Keep saying that no one is home and they cannot get in touch with me over the phone. ABSOLUTE LIES. I will NEVER purchase another Lowes appliance knowing this is my ONLY OPTION for a repair company.
