Don't order from this place. They say on their website that they have stuff in stock but they dont. they **** your credit card right away even thought you wont ************** for who knows how long. Maybe a month or more. So multiply that by how many customers that they charge and they dont get their parts for a month. So they get to make interest in their bank accounts off all the orders. That is so wrong and corrupt they should be shut down

I purchased a refrigerator from Sears on 4/18/21 that has 2 issues. First it was a leak that was happening then a cooling system problem and it's hit a month now that the refrigerator is not functioning.I have contacted Sears Customer Solutions and spoke to many representatives to service my refrigerator.As far as the leaking problem, a technician came out, diagnosed the *************** were ordered on 1/21/22 but as of to date have not received and it's now more than 30 days.For the cooling system problem i absolutely canno... read more

If I could give this company a zero star I would. My poor mom has been dealing with them for over 6 months trying to get a new fridge. The fact that I was promised delivery for my mom's new fridge on todays date February 24, 2022 and it still has not come; we have been on rescheduling for over 2 months now. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour trying to see where the fridge is at and all they could tell me was that it is up the warehouse. **** words is not enough to tell you all the issues I have had with a&e, from not coming out but saying they did, to poor rude customer service, to lazy ************************* who come out and do nothing but yet say they did this and replaced this, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They will steal your money!

Horrible customer service!! Paid for a service, they did not fix the appliance. Called them back to come back to fix, no show twice!! Called to speak to a supervisor, on hold 15 minutes called back and was told they do not have access to A&E supervisors, asked for a number to contact someone nothing. I have wasted HOURS waiting for this horrible company. Do not use them!!

In 2014 I Purchase a house that was built in **** and had a Kenmore water heater With a 12 year warranty in **** in 2014 The Kenmore water heater with a 12 year warranty rupture Sears sent a replacement Kenmore with a 12 year warranty I had it installed and now 2020 to the Kenmore water heater ruptured and Sears said they Do not have any information showing that they sent me a new water heater. We have had a Sears Home warranty for a couple of years now and pay roughly $400 a year for their service and had been very happy with their service until recently. The tempered glass in our wall oven shattered. I made an appt and the technician showed up on the date and time of the appt, ordered the parts on site and the parts have arrived. The initial appt was on Jan. 20th and the technician rescheduled the appt to fix the oven for Feb. 3rd. Have the Searshomewarranty- I pay 70 per month which gets deducted monthly out of my account. On Jan 5, 2022 at 13:30 I contacted Searshomewarranty to add Septic/pool/spa to my existent package and paid $250.00 . I contacted Searshomewarranty for a repair on my pool heater and was informed that I was not covered? I placed an order for $120 refrigerator part on 12/14/21, and as of 2/4/2022 I still haven't received the part. This is very aggravating especially since my credit card was charged immediately after placing the order. I have communicated with the company several times and was told that I could not cancel order because of shipment status, and when I ask what shipment status is, they don't know because the vendor has not notified them of it.
