Bought a fridge dec 31 went out feb they have been once and now will not let us know anything just say we will call back. Yes it is under warranty.

I will never use Sears again, the salesman reported there was a promotion for 0% interest 18 month financing. Due to the pandemic it took my windows a few months to come, so they put the initial payment under the 0% interest but when they installed the windows and took the remaining balance they did not put it under the 0% interest. I called Sears Home Improvement credit card company, they informed me that the Transform would have to change the way they submitted billing in order for the error to be corrected. I would like to file a complaint about the poor services rendered concerning my refrigerator. I first put a claim in late February 2022, and they came out . The tech said he was ordering parts and he scheduled the next appointment for April 11th to put all the parts in. Well he came on the 11th but he forgot to order a part so he couldnt complete the repair. He said he would order the last part and scheduled my appointment for May 3rd. Did not tell us the truth 735 dollars later just for labor and I had a Manufactory warranty and said he had to replace 2 parts that was not cover never told me what the two parts where and tried to call and no one that could speak English and then they would hang up on you they need to do something with these people 735 dollars for labor for a hours worth of work and then used the wrong address so it didnt go though on the card and ask for a check.

I would give them negative 5 stars, THREE no shows, and I am out 800. dollars, the customer service should be renamed customer NON-Service. They have a bunch of incompetent morons working for them that cannot speak or understand ENGLISH. They are REFUSING to give me my return label, just keep getting transferred wasting HOURS, then I get transferred again and then they hang up on me. DON"T BUY from them !

No show to install the part they sent to my home. Had an appointment scheduled for today to repair my refrigerator by A&E **************** Nobody showed up and nobody called to reschedule or explain why nobody showed. I called them and they offered no explanation and said they would have to reschedule the appointment for May 10 (22 days away). This is a review for Searspartsdirect. I had seen the bad reviews, but my relative wanted the part anyway. The part was shown to me as available, so I bought it. After two days, I received a message saying that the order was incomplete. They now say the part is backordered and dont even inform when it will be available! A mess of a company! My relative is willing to wait, but if it were up to me I would cancel everything right away. Please do not buy here, it is not worthy it!

I have the Sears Home Warranty that is nothing but a scam, a crock of ----! My refrigerator just kept running & running with warm air but the bottom freezer still keep foods frozen.Tech came out said the way they are make the fridges now needs alot of unblocked airflow which he said was compromised with my items.He thawed out the ice/fan in the freezer bottom & it worked.
