Bought a Washer in ******* was finally delivered in February and 4/6/2022 it will not operate getting a run around on someone to come repair a new washer before April 11th when I called yesterday they gave me an appointment of April 8 th between 8 AM and noon which was okay then this morning I receive a text that the service date in changed to April 11th between 1 and 5 I am not happy at all with them
Placed my order with Sears Parts Direct 3/31/22 with delivery eta of 4/6/22. Part was in stock and at $46 was $20 less than other appliance parts supply houses. Correct factory part was delivered on time and at a substantial savings. Could not be happier, Even though I was a little freaked out by all the bad reviews, I did have a positive experience.
I would like to file a compliant against Sears Home Warranty and Kenmore Manufactures for failure to honor their commitment to repair or replace my grill that fall under their warranty. I have continued calling both entities, Sears Home Warranty and Kenmore manufactures, numerous times and one refers me to the other. Your attention to this matter which started on Feb 22 would be appreciated.
Its unbelievable that they have this many immoral customer service reps. Ive had a refrigerator warranty with them for 3 years. Its broken down about a dozen times. Every time I call I get lied to. The story constantly changes. Told a technician will show up and when they dont there is no record of that phone call. Same happens when parts are supposedly ordered. Do not use this company. I called an 800 number to repair our whirlpool washer. He said there would be a $4.95 fee to set up a repair. When I questioned this, after a short back and forth, he hung up on me. I was only trying to confirm this was a legitimate charge, why it didn't get added to the **** after repairs are complete, etc. I asked if he's the ***************** to better understand the relationship with the manufacturer. bought a Kenmore refrigerator new that stopped working within 60 days. Sears ******** stated that I would have to contact the Sears corporation, Kenmore Corporation, and also Whirlpool, the manufacturer, to get repair. They would not repair, would not take back their refrigerator, nothing. They would not help get the repair, would do nothing more than offer sympathy for having bought the product in the first place. Do not use Sears home repair services - their technicians are rude and inefficient. And there is no means to file a complaint against their bogus services by calling their customer service number. Extremely annoyed and disappointed!!!!
Sears Home Warranty has thus far been a WASTE OF OUR MONEY. The selling of this meaningless warranty is great. The one technician who serviced our dryer and did the selling of the warranty for future use was well indoctrinated on selling. However follow up to what we invested in has not been full filled after 3 attempts at appointments. We needed our Microwave serviced or replaced. Zero Stars There isn't an opportunity to speak to a person unless it's chat or online services. I need to have my refrigerator repaire since the beginning of the year!! As of april 1, 2022,I still have no fridge.I was scheduled for an appointment and we take off work to be there and nothing. Not even a cancelation text, simply no one showed up.
