My husband purchased a ********* Snowblower ($550) in November 2018 and over the winter it was used twice, the engine is not running properly. It has a ********* warranty, so we called Sears warranty dept to get the names of their warranty providers. None of them will repair. They are either out of business or have cancelled their contracts with Sears. I have been trying to return an item that was sent to me broken and they are almost impossible to get a hold of and when I do best ahold of them they do not follow through. I am out over $500 right now and want this resolved!

I purchased an LG washer 7/28/18. Not even a year later the washer is leaking. After 2 tech's from A&E were out they finally discovered a hose had a hole in it. The third tech from A&E came out to replace the hose. Needless to say the tech didn't connect the hose and when I ran the washer my basement and garage got flooded. All I am being told by both LG and A&E is there is nothing they can do.

Even one star is too much for this company !! I Purchased a ******* barbecue 3 years ago from Sears and it is now completely rusted through and burnt through! We used this barbecue the most 20 times a year and keep it covered when not in use… In other words we barely use it and take very good care of it. I’m not sure if it’s your quality that is crappy or if this product was defective… I will never find out at this point because nobody will help me at Sears or *******. The customer service department hotline, to report damages of delivered appliances is an absolute disaster. You have 3 days to report damages to your items that have been delivered. I reported some damages on day 2 and found more damages on day 3 on a different item. Called to report and was waiting in the que for 30min. Called back and got a message they were now closed. Called in the morning on day 4 systems were down call back in 4 hours! Called back system down call back in 2 hours! Called back, 25 minutes to get the sam... read more

I am a customer who ordered a washing machine on 6/25/19, and I still do not know if it will be delivered on 6/28/10 because their delivery scheduling system has been down for two days. The employees at all Sears Stores across the nation are just as frustrated as us customers. I will be going to the store today to cancel my order, and will be purchasing the washer elsewhere.

Avoid Sears Parts Direct at all costs. I made the mistake of ordering a part, trusting their extended return promise. I fixed the issue without needing the part and I canceled the order immediately, before it was shipped. They shipped anyway, saying that I can just return it (and pay for the shipping myself). I said OK, not all businesses are great with returns, and that's a low cost compared to the price of the part. They entered a return authorization immediately, good, but no UPS label. Do not do business here. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others of the awful experience I've had. I've waited for over a month for an appliance (still not here). Unresponsive and terrible customer service. Absolute worst appliance purchasing experience I've ever had. Stay away. You're better off paying a little more money and purchasing from different store.

This should be a negative number. I have been attempting to have my washer replaced. It was deemed that it could not be repaired as the necessary parts are not available. I have been all over the place trying to determine the status of the replacement. I was told the order was placed this past Monday (6/24/19) and that I should hear within 48 hours regarding the status of the replacement. I have heard nothing.
