They are dancing around finishing the job of a replaced roof. They took the flashing off both my fireplace and chimney. When doing that they took the brick facing off some of the bricks. Can not get them to either fix the brick or bring the flashing up higher. Now they are giving me the run around. They said they would sent someone over when they have a crew in area. They are on other side of state.
Poor service. Complete run around on deliver. And a struggle to get a refund. At this point sears will not have any more of my business
Sears delivery is a joke! Bought a merchandise at Sears online on 07/04/2019. Received phone called to confirm delivery window (07/14) stated: "Merchadise will be delivered on 07/15 from 14:00-16:00" ; however, on Monday morning (07/15) they called and said "Could NOT deliver merchadise because don't have in-stock" and promised to call back to set up next delivery appointment. Completely unhelpful -- we have been waiting for a month for our washer to be repaired, all the while racking up costs at the laundromat. It has been a total of hours -- no exaggeration -- on hold. Every time we call it is a minimum of 40 minutes before we speak to somebody. We are given false information, promises to call back that do not materialize, and a general lack of help. We have dedicated 5 days to waiting for the repairman and are told that we need to wait while they research whether or not our mother board exists.... read more
They are the worst! Totally can see why they’re going under...I purchased a fridge with an extended warranty and not only after 5 visits and not being able to repair it, they are offering me $500.00 I can’t buy a fridge for $500 after spending $1200.
I have been treated very poorly by Sears repair service. On June 28, I called Sears repair service to request a service technician to come to my home to repair my refrigerator. The appointment was set for July 5, 2019, between the hours of 1pm and5pm. On 7/5, the technician called my home twice about 10:43am and left a message. Sears / ***** is rotten, bought a pool July 3rd 2019 too $639 off my ******** card. Said my delivery was July 16 between 1-3, no pools a million calls and 6 hours of being on hold, said it would be delivered Wednesday between 1-3 no pool. We purchased a ******* refrigerator from Sears with Master protection plan warranty only to have it break down 2 years later. For a week their system was down and we were unable to reach a representative or even schedule an appointment with a technician. Finally after a week, we were able to reach someone and they gave us an appointment for a diagnostic evaluation 2 weeks later. They rescheduled us a total of 3 times. I’m a regular shopper at the Barberton Ohio *****, so much so this year alone I spent over $2,000 in merchandise. Today for the first time ever Made a return. I had the product and my receipt. Upon returning it I told the cashier I can just take a card as I was going to purchase pool supplies... after finding out they were completely out of all the pool supplies I needed I returned to the counter to ask for the money since they have none of the products I planned on purchasing.
