Do not use Sears Repair service. I called to have a repairman diagnose my refrigerator noise because I trusted Sears. It worked fine it was just ticking. I knew it was the Start Relay device and he confirmed it was. He was going to bill me $371.53! I knew I would have to pay a $90 diagnostic fee but was told that would apply to the repair but it didn’t. So for a $20 part I thought it would be $100-$150. I bought all of my appliances from sears for my new house. The brand new washing machine will not make it through a cycle without tripping a breaker. After trying many outlets on different outlets with the same result, I called sears. After 3 days of having no washing machine, they sent a tech to look at it. Website descriptions Lie, you contact customer service for clarification, and they lie too...so I ordered a Split King bed base, they send me a Solid King base. Do not buy anything from them. Went online and bought an ac window unit and got the order confirmation and it said used. Called them back to.cancell and now they want to hold my money for 3-5 days. Never again!!

Sears is awful! They used to stand by their products and service. Broken fridge, 3 repairs in 3 weeks, would have taken longer had I not been very abrasive to them and on the phone constantly. 3rd repair and thing still not working, all other repairs were to redo things they did not do right, multiple wrong compressors, metal slug blocking the line. Lousy customer service, I order a boys suit and it was in stock online and it still shows in stock. I received a receipt in the mail but not a package. The first representative I chatted with told me the package was deliver and I stated it wasn't just got a receipt. We went back and forth about it until I ask for a supervisor contact number. I didn't think receiving a refund for an item would be so difficult. Even fashion nova is not this terrible. Had to call on three separate occasions to be told that there was no refund processing. Hopefully, now it is fixed, but I doubt it since it has been over one month since the initial phone call. Why is this so difficult? and why does every customer representative keep lying to me? This is a terrible customer service department. The higher-ups need to get their stuff in order and process the dang refunds.
