I have the Sears Master Protection Plan on all of my appliances. I recently had a fire caused by a faulty part in my stove. It was small, we were able to put it out quickly and there was very little damage to the house, just the stove. I purchased a ******* French door refrigerator in October 2017 and the same problem has happened three times. I've called for repair and have to wait three weeks for someone to come out. Obviously I purchased a defective fridge but Sears will not stand behind their appliances and really doesn't care that my family has to live out of coolers for the next three weeks. Sears maintenance agreement is useless. Do not purchase any appliances and definitely not MA. A/C stop working and was told that no technician in our area. Ask to let me get another technician from outside source but will take up to 72 hours for $300.00 authorization. I had to be on hold for 3 hours for no results and no working A/C. Not happy.
Nightmare washer repairs on a 2 year old appliance. Extended Warranty a total waste of money .Over 4 months and still not fixed.
I ordered an AC online that said was available in stores. When I called the store to find out what time I could pick up said item, I was informed that they didn't have the item and was unable to get one for me. Was given the customer service number. DO NOT USE SEARS EVER. For anything. Garbage company, I’ve been without a fridge for over a month, I’ve had 3 technicians out, taken multiple days off work, but still no working fridge, without my consent they brought out someone who was training last time and the men took over 6hrs when it was suppose to be a 2hr project he started a freakin FIRE in my home AND it still isn’t fixed. I can’t stress this enough don’t buy from this company.
Our refrigerator has been not working since mid-April and it is now August 1st and this company has still not fixed it. They have sent out 6 repairmen and ordered 2-3 parts and they can’t fix it.
