Ordered an a/c part in mid July. Got an email days later saying it was backordered. Part finally came Aug 9th but too damaged to use. Called for a refund but was told a new one would be sent and wasn't on backorder, so I agreed to wait but it was on backorder again and it took days to tell me that. I called to cancel and get refund. They said they would refund it. Days later no refund still but another even more damaged unusable part showed up instead. Totally corrupt. Scheuled appt with A&E factory services through Sears HomeService. A&E Rep came out, did not fix problem and charged $108.00 Could not get in touch with anyone to complain other than call center (foreign). Please don't anyone use this company and Sears is a party to this scam....Should be rated F-, do not use.

I ordered a bed online and it was shipping to the wrong address - I figured it was my fault so I had it help and sent back to the shipper. I ordered the same bed and made SURE I changed the shipping address hit save and bought the bed again. It change the darn address on its own and shipped it to the billing address!!! I called and it took two hours to have it canceled . They gave me a conformation number for the cancelation. Then they shipped it anyway- to the wrong address - and it was delivered!!!!! Horrible customer service and return policy. Purchased a vacuum for the first time at Sears. Less than two weeks later decided it wasn't for me and I needed something else. Went to return it/ exchange for something else and was told they had to charge me a 15% restocking fee. I asked why and where does it say that. The sales guy couldn't find it on the receipt and then this so called "manager" came over and she flat out said, we can refuse to take your return. I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator and the ice machine stopped working. It has taken a service tech over a month to come out. excuse after excuse. I hate the fridge. I have been spending money on ice 3-4 times a week. I cant even get anyone to call me back. POOR POOR SERVICE. I will never go to Sears ever again.

Order date 21 Aug 2019 Scheduled Delivery 12, then 16, then 19th After hours of phone conversation and request for specific reasons why my order is delayed and what are they doing to ensure my order isn’t further delayed? One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company! The customer is extremely below par. We bought a fridge in June and it still doesn’t work, even after 3 techs came out to “fix” the fridge. We call customer service and they just give us the run around but never really solving the problem. Can’t get a refund due to the fact it’s been past 30 days. Ordered upgraded replacement batteries for Craftsman drill / Charger, internet Sears.com on 07/14/19, from compatibility listing. Total charge $96.34 including $6.85 shipping.. Received order on 07/17/19. Batteries compatible with drill but not charger. Notified Sears customer service on 07//20/19 by email with no return contact.
