I am writing this review for everyone to see that has ever bought an appliance or thinking of buying an appliance from SEARS! We bought 5 major appliances from Sears here in Richmond,Va. in April of 2018. We also paid $2000 for their extended warranty. In that short time our Kenmore Pro refrigerator has stopped cooling, and we have no refrigerator! Ordered an item off there website, never got the item and it has been over a month already and the only response I get from them is for me to wait longer. Like how long do I have to wait? They dont take their customer concerns seriously.
I placed an order using my rewards points. After the points were removed i authorized sears to charge my account $55. The next day i check on the status of my order and see in the order that i was charged over $90, and my points were still attached to my account. I contacted sears to make them aware of this problem only to be told that since the order was already placed there was nothing that can be done about it. You claim to fight against bullying! You did nothing for me working for you while I was being bullied for 3 years!
After 5 phone calls to make sure they wouldn't screw up me delivery of my refrigerator, they still screwed it up. It is very hard to reach a customer representative with long holds and the reps barely speak english and are very hard to understand. They lie. They say " dont worry, we will take care of everything," and then they still give the delivery people the wrong information so they miss the delivery. I am reading all the reviews and realizing what a horrible, deceitful company this is to all the public and people that trusted the name. Shame on you ! I know the people you have working for you need their jobs and are trying the best they can AND to understand english. You have really lost a huge sect of the american people that once trusted your name, clean up your act and do right by your customers or do America a favor and throw in the towel.....quit robbing innocent people.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT USE THE WHY NOT LEASE IT PROGRAM. You will be charged double at the end of the terms. You think you have it paid off, but at the end of the term you will be charged double. This company should not be in business. Please look at all the reviews not one good one. The BBB needs to check into this company. The A- rating they have on here can’t be right this is misleading.
