Corrupt and theft as well as endangering people. Sold me a 5 year old tire and passed it as new. Did not know this until my tire exploded and the tire guy told me. Could've killed us. I called their complaint/ resolution department. Was put on hold, hung up, told there was nothing they can do. Did not even apologize!

Customer service is horrible, then sent me a broken dishwasher and have refused to replace it, even after 5 attempted repair calls. Customer service is all forgien and is of no help, waster nearly 12 hours on the phone over the 5 attempted repair.

Highly recommend avoiding Sears. We purchased a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator 11/2016. worked great until 7/19/2019. We have been without that fridge since then. We have had 2 no-show tech appointments, Then we had a tech finally show up, said it was a 3 way-valve that needed to be ordered. So we waited 2 more weeks (appointments always seem to be 2 week waits). Another tech showed up to install the 3 way valve, but said that wasn't the problem, it was the compressor ? dryer. Our Kenmore Elite dryer, purchased in 2009 caught fire. Thank goodness our son was home and called us. We came home and investigated. The control panel is black and fried as is the wiring. The dryer itself is black with soot on the inside. Our house reeks of burnt plastic. Upon calling Sears, I was told there is nothing they can do. My only option is to pay $95.00 for a repairman to come out and diagnose. There will be no warranty or free replacement parts given. I purchased a Kenmore Bottom Freezer Refrigerator from Sears. Nov 2019 it will be 2 years old. I did not get the extended Warranty I feel for the cost of today appliances it should hold up more than 2 years. Our Freezer was building up ice and the refrigerator was not cooling. I called in July it took a month August 20 to come out. I was told when I scheduled the repair there would be a charge of 105.00 for coming out and diagnose the problem and the 105.00 would be applied to parts and labor. Please do not order anything from Sears, it is a scam. Haven't received one item of 4 and impossible to resolve with phone tech. I've made two purchases recently and very unsatisfied with both.

I bought sears gift card and kept it home for a while. It is good last year and there are still balance in it. This year the balance suddenly change to 0. I scratched the brand new card and find that all those unused card goes to 0. This is unacceptable!

Because of delays and incompetence by Sears, the Kenmore brand microwave I purchased from them has broken twice since we bought it in 2017 and we had to go without a microwave for over two months as a result. Although I never post complaints I found it necessary in this case so others might be able to avoid going through such a stressful and unpleasant experience with Sears and perhaps reconsider purchasing a Kenmore brand.
