My Pro-Form treadmill was scheduled to be repaired twice this past summer, I have to wait from 8am to 5pm for the person to show up each time was a no show. It took days to find out why no one came as I waited from 8:00 to 5:00 each time. If I could give 0 stars I would. I used Sears/Transform to do my siding on my house. They will sell you the world, warn you of how terrible of an experience you will get if you go with the cheaper bid and then do what they warned you about. I paid 24k and received the work and professionalism of what I could have gotten from the 11k bid.
Called the service # and told them the pipe on the inlet for my water heater was leaking and they scheduled appt. A&E guy showed up went downstairs and said we can't do plumbing and still charged the service call. Why would they not tell you that during first call if you say it is a pipe leaking. Been on phone and email trying to get my money back for not telling me that from the start and they will not do it. They are out to take peoples money any way they can. Stay away!

This is a review about Sears Home Services. We have an ongoing issue with our refrigerator. We have paid full price for the "service" and the parts and yet, our refrigerator is still not working, A month ago, we contacted Sears for help. Good Lord where to begin. 1. My Kenmore Elite refrigerator broke after 4.5 years of service and my warranty was only 3 years. 2. To fix the issue I had to pre-purchase the compressor and wait for a tech to come to my house to install. 3. They gave me a time frame from 9 AM till 12:00 PM 2 Weeks later. 4. Sears is the worst when it comes to taking care if there customers. We bought a refrigerator 3years ago and we have had nothing but problems with it and they would send someone out in a van that should had the products supplied on it and turn around and say we have to order these parts, but it is a big problem with these refrigerators. Nobody there speaks English. They only speak from a script. I asked them to send a letter on company letterhead to my bank for a cancelled order and they flat out refused. You ask to speak to a manager and all of them are busy. I've spent hours on hours on the phone. I've been hung up because I demanded to speak to a supervisor. I have been a Sear customer for over 35 years. For the first time in that history, I have had the worst Customer Service Ever!!!!
