Almost impossible to call on the phone for service. Never received a service appointment confirmation and order number even though they had my email. Tech came within 2 days and diagnosed the problem. Had to order a part which took another 7 days. Gave us a verbal quote and we were required to pay More than half down which we did on a credit card. Awful service! I ordered a fridge online from Sears, had a remodel going and suggested postponing delivery, I was assured it was under warranty and would not be an issue. When it was unwrapped there was damage to the back side of the fridge, I've spent over 8 hours on the phone, transferred to multiple departments, asked to wait 24 to 48 hours, I'm stuck with a damaged fridge, Sears ripped me off and treated me rudely leaving me with a damaged item. Do NOT buy from Sears!

I purchased kitchen appliances in Feb. 2018 to be delivered to my new home June 2018. The salesgirl suggested that we purchase the Protection Package to protect our appliances for the next three years. We did just that. We purchased an LG Fridge, a Samsung Dishwasher, a Samsung Double Oven Range and an LG washer and dryer. We have a purchased warranty on our wash machine! The technician came out to fix it AGAIN and said that it was a lemon and Sears should replace it! Sears says, no, they are fixing it! We have spent almost $300 at the laundry mat now because it has been almost a MONTH and they still haven't been here to fix it. We took off work 3 times and twice they were NO SHOWS. I AM LIVID. I purchased 3 Sears appliances for my home here in Blairsville Georgia on November 16, 2018. On October 11, 2019 at around 7:00 p.m. I noticed that our almost $3000.00 dollar Sears Kenmore LG Elite refrigerator was not cooling or freezing. We transferred what food we could into a small fridge we have in the garage that we use for drinks and the rest we put in 3 large coolers and iced down what we could. Sears conned us on AC Repair. On September 27, 2019 we had a warranty repair for our air-conditioner purchased from Sears. Even though the repair was under warranty, we were charged for a part that the technician did not install, (heat pump filter dryer charged $109.30). I took a picture of the old filter dryer which is 6 years old and is still on my air-conditioner, however, Sears Home Services is trying to deny a refund of $109.30 for some strange reason. I purchased an LG Fridge from Sears. It is only one year old and it makes so much noise we are unable to sleep/ Sears repairmen have been here 9 times over a 5 month period and and and the noise is still there and actually worse now since they made some adjustments. I purchased an extended warranty for the fridge when I purchased it that gives me a replacement fridge after 4 repair visits and they will not honor their own agreement which was very expensive. No stars. $509 repair on a 2 yr old Kitchenaid dishwasher..original appliance price $719! As I looked at the bill, I noted that they charged me $100 over part price for the part, $251 charge for $151 part. And then they charged an additional $240 for labor..so $340 or 66% the repair cost was money in their pocket for a repair which took them less than an hour. These guys are also pushing a ‘Home Warranty”. They inflate the repair cost to manipulate customers into purchasing their insurance..what a scam.. I am reporting them ... read more

The manager at sears location Farmington, NM humiliated me in front of other customers by making me leave according to him cause I wasn't allowed at ***** (per misty) I called her and she had no clue who I was or what I was talking about and even called Mr. ED at sears and still was unaware of why he said that.
