RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.... RECEIVED A BAD BRAND NEW REFRIGERATOR, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOW THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY TO PAYPAL. I AM WAITING THREE WEEKS FOR A REFUND. The fact that this company has an A- calls into question BBB's credibility. This company should be criminally prosecuted. Who knows how many thousands they have taken from naive old folks and housewives? Total. Scam.
If I could choose no stars I would!! This company refuses to honor our warranty on our fridge, they claim we didn’t purchase one. We have bought every single appliance in our home from sears, only to find out even though we paid for warranties, somehow they aren’t on file. We’ve had our fridge for 14 months and the repairs are now going to cost us over $300 to fix. Not sure why we bought an extended warranty at all.
I ordered a OGIO - Element Messenge and they got it from a third party. Well the third party mailed it to the wrong address. So I contacted the company I bought it from Sears. They told me it would take 2 business days to figure this out. Well they did I guess and just refunded my money back. No phone call like they said they would. I will never use them again and would recommend you too as well. Big waste of time. They do not care about you the customer at all. Buyer be ware
Sears is a horrible store! I will never purchase anything from Sears again! No one should ever shop there anymore, for anything! Purchased a mattress set, told the salesperson that it had to be delivered on 11/25/19 and no other day would work, it was planned and scheduled to be delivered on 11/25/19 (this is a contract at this point). Crappy delivery services. Requested delivery at a certain time and they didn't do it. The customer services briefly speak English and hard to understand. Not surprising this company is going out of business. This will be the last time I will order a delivery from them.
A&E Factory service is a scam now. I hoped the service would still operate to satisfaction but they are a scam. They charge you for the service call, they do not open the appliance, they just check that the screws would be lose enough to open IF they would open it, then they give you an outrageous quote that makes no sense. Less then 1 Star. Stay away from Sears if you want a appliance repaired. They will over price you. They charged me 324.00 to get a oven igniter to be replaced. That is extremely high.. then they try to push a warranty on me which I don’t want. STAY AWAY FROM SEARS TRUST ME.... DONT ALLOW THEM N YOUR HOUSE. You try to call a supervisor... IM still on hold waiting! Awful service. Still have not been helped.
