Sears Home Services I started waiting on hold "5 minutes" for a call back at 8:27 am. ITS NOW 9:02 am (According to the phone I listed as a contact number. I need to know when the technician will arrive to install the parts that i received by mail lst week. When I checked on 1/17/2020, the chat bot said 1/24/2020 10am to 2 pm. Please confirm now because in the transcript (Printed version) at 23:00:34 said that the service is rescheduled on xxxxxxxx/x So now it appears that I need to pay between 20 and 40 dollars to find out ... read more

sears files fraudulent document with financing company. sears takes 3 mo to finish project from the 6-8 weeks promised. Sears charges for items not installed. Sears installs wrong items. Sears will not contact customer to fix issues.... Lawyer is involved in case ---- do not hire them!!!!!!!!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had - twice. I bought a water heater from them in 2011 and it was a nightmare - they left me 4 days in winter without hot water before they finally installed it. The Installed water heater had a 12 year warranty. In Dec. 2019. my water heater leaked and I called to claim my free water heater under the warranty. After 5 days of not calling me back they are lying about the facts and denying my warranty .

If there was a 0 star rating I would give it. I have been without a refrigerator for 6 months, I purchased the master extended warranty and I have been disrespected, bounced around, hung up on, and strung along while they delay the replacement. Our technician deemed it non-replaceable in October 2019, after a service call was put in September 2019. They put it under the wrong fridge. I’ve done some business with this company. They were to install sears brand products in home. It was for an A/C unit for outside and the inside unit. The inside unit was not a sears brand and ended up being an off brand that doesn’t work great and leaks. They have come out and tell me the same thing that nothing is wrong. But they have damaged underneath my home and possibly broke a pipe under my home. Now have a water leak, the unit was carried under home to fit inside, but the size of it and the amount of banging suggests ... read more

If I could give them half a star I would. This has been the worst experience trying to get my washer fixed. Sears has sent 4 different techs to my house to “repair” my washer. One tech did absolutely nothing but stand there like a deer in headlights. The others found different problems and placed an order for new parts, but the washer is still not working! The last tech came on Monday to install yet another part that the previous tech said we needed. The first issue was the part seemed to be defective. Then he thought SOMETH... read more

If this could be 0 I would make it that. We have been without a working dishwasher for 2 months and an only somewhat working dryer for basically the same time. We were under warranty and they finally decided after we filed a complaint that they would replace both. This was 2 weeks ago when we ordered the new dishwasher and were told we would have to wait on delivery because it was a warranty order. Sooo super unhappy

From start to finish the worst experience I have ever had. I attempted to purchase a washer and dryer. The salesperson told me that I could get 10% off if I opened a sears card. I did, and did not get the 10% off so I complained to the manager who said the sales person was wrong to tell me about that promotion but honored the 10% that he promised.
