I recently decided to use Kmart's online ordering so I could get a couple of things for Mother's Day. I was a bit frustrated with their online catalog because numerous items were in the "shipping" filter but when you look at the item's page, it said, "Shipping Unavailable" so why even put it in that filter at all? I purchased a pair of slippers for myself, a pair of boots for myself, 2 pairs of slippers for my mother and a watch for her as well. What do I do with a bill I've already paid in full on the date of service?! This is fraud and harassment at this point. I hope the service man did not deposit my payment into his personal bank account using the square payment. Because we have record of payment from our bank and do not understand why Sears continues to bill us. I have called and got a run around from the customer service and I have mailed complete documentation to the OPS Team A2 - 137A-A department. Bought a Whirlpool Cabrio washer in July, 2011. Had issues here and there. Time before now was Nov. 2019, capacitator replaced, some thing with the transmission as oil was on the floor under the machine. This time, on April 12, 2020 , it made a grinding noise, hummed and shut itself down. We reset it, and same thing happened. In late 2015 to early 2016 I had contacted Sears about a warranty on my fridge. While I set that up, the lady solicited their home improvement services, specifically starting with a new window/ bathroom estimate. Unbelievably poor service that has nothing to do with any slowdowns or related issues. This is just shockingly and unapologetically bad customer support for an expensive appliance purchase. I placed an order for a $1700 refrigerator early on 3/26. The total, plus more than $100 local delivery and installation, was charged in full and I received the confirmation email that stated I would hear from an associate within the next 24 hours to schedule delivery. I am disgusted that by how unprofessional your company has been. this is the second time that I have taken off work and set time aside to be at the house to meet with your agent to give me a price for siding. My meeting was confirmed again yesterday and here we are again 30 mins before your agent's arrival I get a call that no one is coming and your company again cancel this meeting. On 11/7/19 New HVAC hardware installed. Project not complete until 1/21/20. Proj Coordinator told us they would manager everything from start through all inspections. They hired a sub contractor. The Proj Coord did not answer calls after 11/7. He left town for 2 wks. No msg left. HVAC failed 2 city inspections. Incorrect gas lines were installed and connected illegally to PG&E. Subcontractor was not local. Numerous calls to Transform in FL who routed calls back to San Francisco. Thermostat was faulty from day 1. Replaced dur... read more

I paid for my dishwasher to be delivered and installed on Monday March 2, 2020. That did not happen. The installer did call to reschedule for March 3,2020. On the 3rd nobody called nor came to deliver or install my appliance that was already paid for. I called Sears and spoke with a nice associate at the store. I asked to speak with the stores manager. BUYER BEWARE!! Sears does not stand behind the items they sell online. I ordered an item back in December from Sears .com. The item never worked and Sears says that since it came from a third party vendor, I have to go through them. Sears routes messages from the third party vendor who says it costs more to ship it back then to return the item. They want to issue a $30 credit for a $200 item. I just want to return the item and Sears won’t stand behind their product. Stick with Amazon! #PoorService. #BuyerBeware
