If you are trying to purchase anything online thru Sears,buyer beware....I would love to review product but I never received it on its promised date,no phone call...just an adjusted shipping detail saying it would not be available for 30 days!?! Ordered a freezer they lied about having in atock. They stated up to a month for a refund and refuse to give the names or supervisors. I paid through paypal and have filed a complaint.
If I Could Give A & E Factory Service no stars I would. I have made three initial appointment for them to come out and fix my washer. And each time I get a call the day they're supposed to come out saying a technician has called in and a technician will not be able to come to my house today. Beyond upset. I have not received my refund yet for an order that couldn't be fulfilled because it was discontinued. I placed the order in March. To date, I have not received a refund. It doesn't matter which customer service phone number you call at Sears. You get a foreign accented agent who says "they will escalate the issue". You can't get a real Sears rep on the phone. No wonder Sears is going out of business. Do yourself a favor and don't buy or order from Sears.
Buyer beware. Sears parts direct falsely advertises its online parts availability. They state parts are in stock despite its backorder status. They will process your payment and not deliver as promised. I see why sears is going out of business. I will never trust their website again and will pay more in the future shopping else where.

Never ever buy anything from them. We have had them here 3 times since April and this is now June to fix our fridge and it still isn't working!!!! Never buy an LG. Tech told us if you buy an LG, buy an extended warranty because they always break down.

On April 11, 2020 I placed an online order with Sears.com for a freezer, but then decided to cancel the order. However, Sears immediately charged my credit card for $492.74, and although I have been contacting them about this refund since April 13, I still have not received the credit to my charge card. Ordered a part, Kenmore hood light lens, on 27 March 2020 from Sears partsdirect. They said I would get it on April 8 and then they took the payment out of my credit card. Then my order was pending and I called again and they said I wouldn’t get it until March 5. During this time they kept sending me emails saying my part is in stock please order it.
