In December I contacted Sears Home Warranty company about the **washer not pumping water out. The repair man came out and diagnosed that the pump was bad and ordered a new pump. Received the pump and the Express Services scheduled the follow up appointment. Pump was installed and still did not work . Ordered a new electronic board and that did not help the situation. Beware of promotion credits (see below). Purchased a refrigerator, delivery date set. No delivery. Rescheduled because the refrigerator never came in (and they knew it but no call) and once again terrible communication (this time night before). Rescheduled a third time. How they can say it is in stock when you buy it is awful. In addition, I got a promotion credit for $100 in points - but you need to read and understand. You get it in four installments of $25 each. They have left me without a refrigerator for 2 months! The warranty folks are terrible! They are not keeping true to their end of the agreement. I have sent emails to the corporate offices for assistance with no response. I even tried online chat begging for assistance with no resolution. Today, I have made several phone calls and after waiting for extended periods of time, have been hung up on. I can see why Sears' good name is no longer what it use to be. This is terrible. I might need to get legal counsel involved.

I am VERY MAD! I had a service man come to my home in November 2019 and check my gas range. He was very nice and I paid him $89.00 with my credit card for his service call. Last week i received in the mail a bill for the same ($89.00) stating I had not paid. My husband and I have bought Sears products for 50 years. Even though the store is gone here, I expected their service department to be honorable! I tried calling 3 times and was hung up on 2 and transferred to a loud noise the third time. I am done! I purchased a Kitchenaid Microwave Wall Oven on November 25, 2019 and received the shipment in damaged condition on December 13, 2019. The oven was shipped with all of the oven weight resting on the glass door. When the oven arrived the door was damaged and the glass window was shattered. I refused the shipment and had the item returned immediately, on that same day, to Sears Outlet. I have been waiting over three weeks and have yet to receive a credit for the $2600 oven. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This is by far the worst service of so called "professional contractors" here in Colorado. A short tempered man, and his 14 year old(with no mask, working on empty stomach, no gloves, put in positions where he could be hurt ie:throwing cabinets at him with nails/screws poking out, did NOT clean up after himself so nails were sticking out of the floor and walls.) I have been buying Sears appliances since I first started out and have been a loyal Sears customer, but no more. Most of my major appliances are from Sears and have lasted several years. No longer. It’s bad enough that my 3-year old Kenmore Refrigerator died after only being used for 2 years and one year spent in a box because of remodeling. On 25 November, I bought a bed set at the Sears store in Bel Air, MD (which is closing as of 1 February 2020). I asked the sales lady if it was the best bed they had and she said "yes". After she made the sale, she gave me a plastic card and said it was good for $300 worth of FREE merchandise in the store!
