For decades I have been a loyal Sears customer, but no more. Most of my major appliances are from Sears and have lasted easily 10 years or more. No longer. It’s bad enough that my 1-year old Kenmore washer died after 1 year and one month, just out of warranty, but the repair guy said that the needed mother board and repair cost would be $150 more than the original cost of the machine. I paid for installation on my dishwasher and the installation never took place. I re3for my monies to be returned and I have called Sears Installation for a month and Ive been given thw run around since. I spoke with a Supervisor today who was very rude and nasty. The gentlemen in que3also hung up on me.

I purchased a Sears Craftsman pipe/tube cutter tool which has a lifetime warranty. It recently broke and is unrepairable. I contacted the Sears warranty spokesperson, and she stated that since the tool is no longer manufactured by Sears, Sears will not replace it. I realize that Sears is having its problems, but they should stand behind their products, especially with the lifetime warranty. I guess not.

This review is regarding the Sears Outlet in Medley, Fl. I ordered an oven online, and scheduled delivery for a few days later. The delivery arrived with the incorrect item. I rejected the delivery and asked how I could receive a refund. I was told to contact the store directly after 24 hrs when the 'return' would be processed. This is the first time i have ever leave a bad review for online shopping. I ordered an elliptical in mid-Nov and the transaction went through the funds were also debited from my account. 2 weeks later, on the day of delivery, a lady called and told us the elliptical did not show up to the truck to be delivered!! We completed a contract for composite siding and gutter replacement (with Victor ******* of Sacramento) on Labor Day, Sept 2 2019. We were told work will be completed 4-6 weeks or maybe up to 8 weeks. We were also told to finish resize the windows (since we were doing it on our own) prior to the end of October. I called Sears appliance repair to diagnose why my washing machine was not spinning and emptying the water. The technican arrived the afternoon of when I called. I was very impressed! He said that the processing unit was fried and ordered a new one. The total cost for the repair, including the part was $577.13. Since we had just moved into our new condo, I decided to purchase the home warranty for the appliances. My next appointment was scheduled for 10 days to install the new part. Awful customer service. We purchased an extended warranty for our refrigerator, the compressor went out and called for a service technician to come out after the third replaced compressor I was told there is black dust that has contaminated our entire system. We now have to wait another week to have the same tech come out to make a phone call to customer support (after he left detailed notes about the issue) for them to replace our unit.
