We bought a refrigerator from them in April. The refrigerator leaked, causing a water stain on my carpet. They had their insurance people contact me. I got all the information, pictures, and estimates they wanted. This took over four months. Once I was able to provide them with EVERYTHING they kept requesting, they said they weren't covering this that it is the refrigerator manufacturer I need to go after. I bought Sears home warranty for the whole house about 2 years ago. My furnace stopped working but Sears did not honor the warranty. The contract states repair or replace with $100 deductible including HVAC. This company is a SCAM and customers should BE AWARE

I have been having trouble with my appliance warranty. They have said they would fix the refrigerator or replace it per the warranty. It has been over three weeks, and have had three repairment come over with different views of how to fix the refrigerator. I have called multiple supervisors at Sears, each tell me to wait another 24 hours, and then may be someone will call. It is very frustrating. Have had nothing but problems with this company. They do not show up or show up after the time given. Having to take all day from work or cancelling other things we have plans for the day or evening. Waiting weeks for the items to get fixed. I will not be using this company ever again.

made an appointment online, and told that i was all set. i got to the business and was told that they didn't have any oil available to do an oil change but could get a higher rated oil change. I asked if the price would be the same he said no. i asked to speak to the manager. When the manager julio ******* came back he refused to do any business with me. he refused to accepted the commitment of the website. he basically laughed at me and waved good bye.

Company delivered damaged goods. Send third party service technician to repair who failed to order parts for 3 weeks. replacement part arrived damaged and one went missing altogether. no one can track it's location. spent hours and hours on phone, telling and retelling the story. call dropped multiple times as transferred from one department to another. No one department will take ownership and make it right.

Sears duct cleaning advertising is a scam . I waited all day for 159.00 duct cleaning to be told they won’t do it unless I buy their 2500.00 of extras. We wanted a simple cleaning of the dust from the ducts. The contractor tried to tell us there was bacteria in the ducts. He didn’t bring a microscope or even take a sample of the dust to verify bacteria . I feel the whole advertising of cheap sales of duct cleaning is a scam .

Sears Home Appliance Repair Service. Used them on 8/18/2019 to repair my refrigerator that had frost on the back wall of the freezer. Guy came, was here 1 1/2 hours and all he did was defrost the refrigerator, and the bill was $400! I have complained to sears via telephone and email. I was requesting a refund, but nothing has been resolved. Will never use or recommend them to anyone.
