Unfortunately had to deal with sears through my home warranty company. They were contracted to fix my dryer. The co pay for my home warranty company was only $75, However they told me they needed to charge me an extra $50 to clean the dryer and it was required by my home warranty to be fixed. Awful Delivery window was 2:45 - 4:45pm. They show up at 7:45pm. We called at 4:45 and was told they'd deliver at 5:30. I call at 5:30 and couldn't get through to anyone and was on hold for 30 minutes. I gave up. Then, they show up at 7:45pm and they took one look at the door way, and said they can't fit it in. I offered the garage, the back door. They take photos of the house and one hall way, and then called it quits. The guy gets into the truck and refuses to talk about any other options. I paid for a new refrigerator at sears.com on 11/29/19. They have a 7am-9pm delivery window. I paid $24.99 to have a prime delivery time from 4pm-9pm. I was called at 6:16pm on 12/3/19 from their automated system saying the window was narrowed down to 4pm-6pm. I was called twice at 2:52pm on 12/4/19 from their delivery driver saying they were there to deliver. The delivery driver even sent a rude text. Same as the rest. Dryer repair cancelled by technician,has to be rescheduled. Shoot they cant even give you a 4 hour window they tell you between 8-5. Now second day off work, to hope someone shows up to fix dryer. Worse decision to purchase from Sears. Never again.

I ordered a refrigerator on the 24th of October from Sears Outlet. (Bakersfield) The delivery crew could not understand that the order was for California (my new home) but was placed in Maryland. They wanted to confirm the delivery time 9pm west coast time. They could not understand that would be midnight east coast and I would be sleeping since I had to be to work very early the next day. I'm email to complain, about service 2 appointments being cancelled, on the same day. My name is Alvin *********, a customer, who been paying for a service, that you all offer, every time, I talk to an agent. I took off, my last available vacation day, after scheduling an appointment just to have it and a second one cancelled. I bought Sears appliance warranty for the whole house. My washer stopped working and also my refrigerator had a leaking problem, I call Sears. They did sent some technician to fix it. They Check the washer and order some parts and I was told by him it is very easy to repair it and I can do it my self. On the refrigerator they rescheduled without telling me nothing for 2 more weeks. On the 2nd time that they're supposed to come didn't show and rescheduled for other 2 more weeks. SEARS IN CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS IS A HORRIBLE STORE WE ARE ON OUR SECOND KENMORE REFRIGERATOR AND THE COMPANY A&E SERVICES TECHNICIANS DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. WE HAVE HAD 3 SERVICE TECH COME OUT AND TELL US THREE DIFFERENT PARTS ARE NEEDED NO WONDER THEY ARE CLOSING .

Sears Master Protection Agreements (Sears Protection Company) I will never ever again recommend Sears Master Protection Agreement (MPA) to a customer.
