I would leave zero stars if I could. Customer service outsourcing is one of the main reasons in my eyes this company is going under. I have a subscription for water filter every 6 months for refrigerator. I tried to call and see if they were sending out a filter as it had been over 9 months and they said something was wrong with subscription. Sears is a Fraudulent Company and needs to be shut down and the owner needs to ho to jail. Long story short Sears strung me along from Aug. 2019 to January 2020. I have the Sears warranty and 9 technicians came out to my home. 2 repair men deemed the refrigerator unrepairable. Sears backed out of replacing my refrigerator and instead gave me a 500.00 e credit to use towards a new refrigerator. The e-gift card had to be used at Sears.com. called for a warranty repair to my samsung refrigerator and whirlpool washer this has been going on for the better part of two weeks i called on jan 19 they sent the tech on wed the 22 from Keepe handyman service never had i even heard of them can't find them anywhere but online and they are the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with the tech did not know what he was doing and you could not understand anything he was saying and he did nothing to repair the issues with my appliances, i called to complain and cancel... read more

1/31/2020 I just purchased a Washer & Dryer for my new home with a Maintenance Agreement. The motor goes after 3 months, to boot the first service call the tech was no call no show, then yesterday a Tech comes out and it takes him 2 hours to diagnose the problem. I have to wait 2 weeks for a motor something they used to carry on the trucks. Sear Home Warranty Services also known as CINCH Home Services, Inc. has been attempting to repair my refrigerator for that PAST 6 MONTHS...since JULY 2019. I appreciate the fact that they don't give up but I don't they should bring all the necessary parts and try them in a shorter time frame. Currently, my last service appointment was January 27, 2020 and they are telling me that the next available appointment with new parts they want to try to replace is on February 17, 2020. 3 WEEKS AWAY!!!!! Hello, My name is Alem Kiros. I waited for service on my refrigerator for 20 days. They called and cancelled on me, saying an employee did not come in that day. Then, they told me they would call me within 24 hours. They told me they have no one to send to my home to fix my appliance. This is unacceptable! I have gone without a refrigerator now for over 25 days now, thanks to Sears. I am very upset by their lack of empathy and response.

We purchased a Kenmore refrigerator from Sears in 2016 and since that time we have had to have the ice maker repaired nine (9) times. The problem was with a control wire that kept breaking. Three different techs stated that the problem is a manufactures design flaw and that they have seen the problem on several of that particular model refrigerators. I have a repair agreement with Sears Repair for my elliptical. They have twice cancelled my technician from coming to repair my equipment. Now they tell me that the guy who repairs this type of equipment in Atlanta no longer works for Sears. They are scheduling me for an appointment for two months from now. Of course, that is ridiculous because it is far too long a time to wait for a repair and, regardless, they do not even have someone to repair my equipment. They don't deserve any stars!! Bought washer/dryer in Dec. Doesn't fill with water, agitate or sufficiently spin dry. Several techs said just the way it is, one suggesting we could move the clothes around by hand! Sears will not let us return them or get a refund (paid cash) and one person even said we could sell them. I agree with Peg M's assessment of their service and attitude.
