I have a Sears Master Protection Plan warranty on all my major appliances. My washing machine broke back in May. Since then I have been getting a run around between phone numbers. The one everyone keeps telling me I have to call, does not answer. I have been on hold with that number for over 15.5hours total; disconnected and hung up on 4 times. Was told to call XXX-XXX-XXXX. We bought a Kenmore side by side refrigerator o 2015. We have full warranty, it’s been 2 months it is broken and still the problem not solved, they send the technician without part, so frostrate . We need this be solved ASAP. Either fix it or replace it. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I PURCHASE A AC UNIT ON 07/2019 AND STOP WORKING ON 05/2020 I CALL TO COMPLAINT SINCE I PURCHASE A INSURANCE THEY ACCEPT IT AND TRANSFERME TO SHOP MY WAY REWARDS. If i could give them 0/5 i would... Sears is a joke... I've been on the phone on HOLD for over 3 hours!!!!!!!! I've been waiting over a week for them to come and fix my fridge... AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING but lie that they were "there" This store is a joke and i will never buy anything else from sears.
I was parked in the mall parking lot and a sears auto center associate knocked on my window and told me that I can park in front of the location and will get towed. I contact sears customer service and they couldn't do anything. They needed a name. I went back to get a name and he refused to give me a name. I got angry and pushed his vehicle mirror in. This associate went in his trunk and grab a tie down strap and came at me then went to towards my vehicle. Then he went back. I called them back and still refused to help me.
I purchased a refrigerator from Sears Outlet on May 22nd, it was delivered on June 8th after many issues with delivery and them not calling or returning my calls to set up the delivery (even at one point they told me the delivery driver was involved in a car accident and that's why they never showed up - this was after me getting no response and driving down to the warehouse). Ordered a part and they canceled and refunded order with no explanation.. Called in and ordered part and they did not know why it was canceled. The second time I got message that part is not available when there website says it is. They have the same damn part just under a different part number but charging twice the price for it so that is why they refuse to sell the other part that is in stock!
