We had Sears Master Protection agreement on our appliances and our GE refrigerator (Model PSS25MGNAWW) had issues with the freezer (not cooling) for which a technician came on July 6, 2020, to address the issue. It was then discovered that some parts are needed to address the issue. Sears could not find the parts and as a result of this Sears, benefit department decided to replace the appliance and gave us a credit of $1980. My review is consistent with all the others. A tech came out and gave me a $1,300 estimate for my fridge/freezer which I accepted because I will be redoing my kitchen and want to get the right one at that time. When a second tech came out later, after parts arrived, he spent 4 hours here, told me the evaporator that was sent was defective. He ordered another one, put everything back and left. My dryer died on 9/3/2020. On 9/4 I purchased a part from SearsPartsDirect. The item said IN STOCK and I paid $45 for expedited shipping to receive 9/8. On Saturday 9/5 I was concerned about receiving it by 9/8 since it hadn’t shipped so I called, and the woman assured me I would receive by 9/8. On 9/6 I checked again just to make sure the item had shipped. The item was listed as backordered. I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED AN EMAIL NOTIFYING ME OF THIS. If I could give zero stars I would. This company and their customer service is an absolute joke. My grandmothers refrigerator has been broken for months now. She called when it first started having issues and they refused to come out until it was completely broken down.. then A technician came out to repair it and for whatever reason it was still broken. When she FINALLY got through to customer service to schedule another repair she was told the earliest was 3-4 weeks away. That technician never showed up. The appointment wa... read more

Our LG washer has received 5 service repair visits between 08/07/2020 and 09/04/2020. It still is not working with more parts, yet again, on order. Absolutely worst repair experience ever.

Sears home warranty plan is over priced and tbe customer service is terrible. I called about my dryer and they told me it would be over a week before I could get it serviced.

As with EVERY number giving and on line you NEVER get to talk to ANYONE in Claims or Billing. I've been trying for 3 , three months and I get one foreigner after another in loud rooms, they all speak really bad broken English and give them selves American names . They pass you to one operator to another or hang up on you. After being a customer of Sears/Kmart' for years I can see why they are going under.

A few years back I purchased a Kenmore Pro refrigerator model number: 795.7******** from Sears. The fridge compressor was recalled and we were never notified, we found out when our fridge broke, we also found out we would have to pay out of pocket for a recalled piece. Then Sears maintenance had to come three separate times and had to pay around $130 each time. First they told us the back panel was broken. We tried to replace the back panel only to find out that the company no longer makes the parts and Sears would not help ... read more

I want to start out saying the issue with our oven has required three visits. Staring with a tech who I made a complaint on initially because of his mis-diagnosis, and customer service. The tech Doai H. who came to our home is who this complaint is in refernece to . Our family has been without a oven over a month due to all the back and fourth.
