We have a contract with this company. Not sure this is exact location. Called for appointment on May 13th. Gave me an appointment for May 20th. Did not show. Got another appointment for May 23rd. We have been loyal Sears and ******* customers for over 30 years. We have always had great experiences with both the appliances and the service. 3 years ago we updated all of our appliances and told the salesman we didn't want a LG rebrand as their reviews were bad. We bought a refrigerator at the Yankton Sears store, ordered online for one price. Then when we found it online at home, it was cheaper. When I went to pick it up and Before I paid for it, I was told that was not valid because those stores were all closed. My ******* Elite refrigerator has been broken for over a month and Sears has cancelled two appointments for repair. The issue was originally reported on 4/19/19. The diagnostic appointment was 5/2/19. The first repair appointment on 5/13/19 had to be cancelled because the replacement part that they ordered and had delivered to my home was incorrect. Worst customer service and do not stand behind their products!! Save yourself the headache and buy anywhere else. The complaint and service Technion's are a JOKE! Tried contacting someone at Sears Home Repair Services to try and help me with a billing issue. I booked an appointment and before I even had the visit I was informed that there would be a $79 diagnostic fee to come out and check my dryer. At that time I would be given the diagnostic and estimate of the repair costs. If I decided to continue the repair the diagnostic fee would go towards the labor costs.
