We have always bought ******* appliance my parents had this same brand in there home ,so I did the same for my home .The last appliance we bought was a ******* refrigerated when our ten year old one went bad (*******) .This fridge has so many problems sears has sent service techs twice and we have been without a fridge for 1 month . we also found out by the tech that this fridge is actually made by ****** . Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel an online order and was ASSURED by the chat agent that the order was indeed cancelled. The next day the order shipped, and the "we're so sorry, this must be an inconvenience" began. It is almost 3 weeks since I placed the initial order and not only has the item been received back at the facility, i have no timeframe for receiving my refund. Just more "We're so sorry and this must be an inconvenience". I will NEVER order from Sears online again.
