Sarges' Smokehouse BBQ was founded in June of 2013 by Ken and Brian, with Chris joining the team soon after, long-time friends who served together at MacDill AFB. All retired now, we combined our years of experience to develop a unique style of Southern BBQ, with highlights from St. Louis to Memphis, Texas to the Carolinas. Let me just say, their baked beans are everything and more. I'm mildly obsessed. They catered a wedding I went to, soooo good!
They catered our 2nd First Responders BBQ and the food was amazing! They are friendly and professional. I would recommend Sarge's to family and friends. Thank you Sarge's for a wonderful food experience �

Love the ribs and mac cheese is sooo good! Gotta try the boat - pork, mac and cheese, beans topped with sweet BBQ sauce. The best!!!
