Sarges' Smokehouse BBQ was founded in June of 2013 by Ken and Brian, with Chris joining the team soon after, long-time friends who served together at MacDill AFB. All retired now, we combined our years of experience to develop a unique style of Southern BBQ, with highlights from St. Louis to Memphis, Texas to the Carolinas. I'm picky about my BBQ...I mean when Charlie Vargas Rendezvous in Memphis was in my backyard...I get to be picky...but this is hands down best in the Bay Area!

Best Brisket BBQ Sandwich I've eaten. Enough meat to make two sandwich.
Their ribs and Mac n cheese are out of this world.. Delicious... Can eat from them all day long!!! Oh and their BBQ sauce is so good!!! Love to come back and hunt them done... Can go for some great BBQ!!!
Sarge's came to Huntington at Sundance. It was the first time that we had tried their food. It was outstanding. You were right in telling me that the baked beans were unique....so very good. The potato salad was amazing as well. My son and I shared the 2 rib and sandwich. The rib meat was not tough at all, it just fell off the bone. Thank you and Spot On with your skills!!!!
